About the Owners

Paul Kazlov, President

Paul is a hands-on, do-it-all owner, with expertise in production, customer service and day-to-day operations. He makes sure that every customer is treated fairly and is 100% satisfied.

Many home improvement companies today have owners with a marketing or sales background but Paul has a different story. He came over from Belarus when he was 19 and soon became a siding and window installer. With old world craftsmanship and a keen eye for the details, he was able to expand his one man operation into 5 full time gutter installation trucks and hasn't looked back since.

Global Home Improvement prides itself on following the same principles for which they were founded on; quality products and more importantly quality installation.

Tony Chushkov, Operations President

Tony is responsible for making sure all the crews are working on schedule and to the highest standard of quality. Just like his partner Paul, Tony has a technical and production background with over 30 years of project management and metal roofing expertise.

Tony believes that the products we offer are only as good as the installation and is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to making sure things are done right. According to Tony, "Homeowners are getting tired of installing inferior products that fail in as little as 10 years. When you really think about it, the most expensive home improvement project is the one that you have to do twice." This long-term thinking permeates Global Home Improvement as a company and is why we are at the forefront of such cutting edge products.
