This 1830 School House was transformed to not only add curb appeal but will now be able to last for many more years to come. As you can see in the picture the old wood siding had obvious weathering to it which was a sign that we knew it needed to go. The homeowner wanted a historical look while adding a touch of modern to the project. The metal slate roof was a beautiful addition to the stone siding and red metal siding that brought the entire project together to give it a historical look with a little bit of the 21st century. This home, being almost 200 years old, just added another 35+ years with these renovations. Infinity by Marvin Window matched up with metal siding and roofing will make this home impenetrable with any weather or critters.
For this Hardie Batten Board installation in Oxford, PA, we completely replaced the homes existing vinyl siding. These homeowners wanted to replace their vinyl siding with something much more durable and long-lasting, and they really wanted a new style for their home. This home's new Hardie Batten Boards bring tons of benefits to the table. They are much more durable than vinyl and can last twice as long. The arctic white finish also brings that elegant look these homeowners were looking for.
For this metal slate roof installation in Clayton, DE, we replaced the home's existing 10-year-old shingles. The goal was to replace these asphalt shingles with something stronger and more durable while keeping an authentic look. This made metal slate the perfect choice. Steel slate is made to resist hurricane-level winds, driving rains, and impacts from debris, making it one of the strongest roofing options available. On top of that, the energy efficiency and lifespan is unmatched by any asphalt shingle.
For this siding project in Lincoln University, PA, we replaced the home's existing stucco siding. The primary concern was the rising issues of water damage from moisture trapped under the stucco. You can see this in the form of stucco tears around the windows. We installed the ultra-durable Hardie Planks and ProVia Ledgestone to really transform the home with a beautiful, durable new look. Fiber cement naturally resists warping, cracking, and rotting, making it much more reliable than wood or vinyl.
