Call Representative
Rep unable to give us clear information as to when the windows would be installed. We were told possibly some time in October.
Sales Process
Salesman spent too much time trying to develop a personal relationship. Needs to get to the details of why we should buy and install your window. Otherwise OK
Our Installation Crew
They were outstanding. Protected our floors and house and did a nice job of clean up when they were finished. I was impressed with the metal work and caulking.
