Would have given a "5" if someone had returned our calls.
Would have given a "5" but we had called three times three months after we signed the contract looking for an estimated start date and someone answered and took our information but no one ever called us back. We were becoming concerned that we had signed on with a company that was not reputable. The windows were installed the end of October. In the end, we were very happy with the new windows.
Robert did an excellent job installing our windows. He took his time and we are very happy with the finished result.
What made you choose our company:
We had 8 windows that still needed to be replaced and decided to look at Marvin Infinity to see if we liked them better than what we had previously had installed.
