We had completed considerable research in selecting a contractor and had high expectations, which Global managed to exceed! They acted as a partner in planning and execution, and provided us with a very pleasant experience.
Contacts with call center personnel were minimal, but these were handled to our satisfaction.
Two meetings with Paul provided plenty of dialog regarding material options, scope/quality of work, timeline and cost. We appreciated his guidance on a number if items which really enhanced the final product, and kept spending within our budget. We felt very comfortable moving forward with the project.
Everyone, without exception, who worked on the house was a competent, customer-focused professional. In particular: (a) Excellent project management, provided by Vitaly, assured consistent oversight, communication, support, and guidance on every facet of the work, and (b) From start to finish, the skill and care Alex gave to stucco removal and Hardie Plank installation, often under excessive weather conditions, was amazing and serves as a benchmark for others in this business! Throughout the project, Global people performed as if they were working on their own homes.
Every workday, debris, left-over materials, and tools were removed and neatly removed/stored.
What made you choose our company:
Researched neighborhood blogs, Angies List, Yelp and Google. Solicited proposals from five we selected as best area stucco remediation specialists, including Global. Cost: Global pricing was high-middle among the five... We narrowed down to three. Global's warranty was better, and offered a more substantial organization than one bid 6K lower. A proposal from another competitor was 8K higher that included work we considered unnecessary. References: We solicited references from Global customers located in Reserve at Holicong as well as two other developments in the area. Comments were unanimous and enthusiastic in voicing satisfaction with their remediation experience, frequently commenting on work ethic and quality! This view was subsequently reinforced by a number of positive reactions during opportunities we took to personally interact with Global personnel working on other homes in the neighborhood.
