Work done was great. The 2 workers assigned did a great job despite the adversity of being undermanned. The job should have had at least 4 workers at least. Instead of a 2 day job with 3rd day for mop up, it took over a week. If I wasn't retired, it would have been a great inconvenience. As it was, it was an inconvenience as it took 8 days to do the job with the house being left in a very cold state. With the expensive price I paid, I expected better servicing.
I expected a steel door in a fiberglass shell. The door was very nice, but I believe not as secure as a steel door.
