I was extremely pleased with the "crew" which consisted of Henry. He was a hard worker and did quality work. The project manager could improve his communication skills: he told us the job would be completed in 2 weeks, and it took 6. Also, he went on vacation and said he would send contact information for a backup. I reminded him twice, but this never came.
