Metal Roof Installation in Franklin Lakes, NJ

This low sloping metal roof installation in Franklin Lakes, NJ is a perfect example of why you should NOT install asphalt roofing on roofs below a 3/12 pitch. After only 1 year and 1 winter of ice dams, this customer started to have serious leaks and internal damage to the point of having to completely gut the exterior and spray for mold. The solution, of course, was to call Global! We recommended a custom made standing seam metal roof with new velux skylights. As you can see there are no vertical seams on our metal roofing panels because they are all custom fabricated on the job site! Furthermore, we use a mechanically seamed panel which allows for a 180-degree crimp and the ability to install on virtually flat roofing surfaces.

Stone Coated Decra Tile Installation in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ

This metal roof installation in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ features stone coated Decra Tiles to replace the existing 90 year old Terracotta tile roof. The old roof began to have several leaks, which was our target area. You can see in picture moisture getting caught and having a tough time running off the roof. We built a custom water management system for this home for optimal water removal. One of the benefits of metal tile over concrete is the weight. Concrete tiles are really heavy and can cause tons of stress on your home's foundation. This can causes cracks and problems down the line if the tiles aren't supported properly. The new Decra Tile roof perfectly matches the original Terracotta style and matches the durability and lifespan. This metal roof will last another lifetime.
