For this window replacement project in Doylestown, PA, we replaced dozens of the existing wood windows with Marvin Infinity fiberglass windows. One of the common problems we see with wood windows includes cracks in the seam from hot and cold weather and exposure to moisture. Marvin's fiberglass windows are naturally resistant to warping, expanding and contracting, and rotting. Plus, the stronger, durable frame allows for much more glass space and natural light to come in. You can see how the fiberglass window really opens up the space.

Job Stories From Doylestown, PA
Hardie Plank, Standing Seam Metal Roof Installation, and GlobalTech White Vinyl Double Hung Window Install on Home in Doylestown, PA
This Doylestown, PA home, like many others in the neighborhood, had mold issues under their stucco. This isn't an uncommon problem for stucco homes in PA because it's not a breathable siding and tends to trap moisture. We replaced it with rot-resistant Hardie Planks, built for durability and long-term performance. Plus, the original color was able to be mimicked perfectly.
The second part was to install our own durable and energy efficient vinyl windows. We use higher quality vinyl to ensure a strong frame that withstands the elements while still coming at a lower cost. We topped the project off with a gorgeous black standing seam metal roof over the front porch.

New Window and Siding Installation in Doylestown, PA

This project is especially special for Global Home Improvement because it was the first home (out of 10) that we did a full siding and window replacement for. The problem with these homes was the stucco that was installed was not done properly and had a 90% failure rate on homes within 10 years. Here at Global Home Improvement, we are experts at stucco remediation and replacement with James Hardie siding. Also, since we were replacing the stucco we also installed new construction Marvin Windows that made sure any water issues in and around the windows were also addressed. In the end, the homeowner was so happy that we eventually remodeled half the neighborhood with more homes each month. Finally for an added design feature we added a stone facade to finalize this amazing transformation.

Standing Seam Metal Roof Project in Doylestown, PA

This standing seam metal roof project in Bucks County came out beautifully. This ranch home was looking to add an eye catching design element that would make their house stand out in the neighborhood. Not only did the colonial red metal roof match the American flag in the front yard but it contrasted nicely with the existing white and brick exterior. Furthermore, because this is a ranch home, and only has a small attic space, the customer was thrilled when their new metal roof reduced their home energy bill and almost eliminated the need for air conditioning during the summer months. Not only is metal roofing Energy Star rated but it is also 100% recyclable at the end of it’s very long life cycle.

Helio, we are looking for a quote for residing our house. Thanks
Gatehouse Ln in Doylestown
I own a ~1400 sq. ft. townhouse at 2 Gatehouse Ln. in Olde Colonial Greene in Doylestown, PA. It's an investment property currently occupied by a tenant and his three children. The house is nearly 40 years old with the original windows. They're old, some of the seals are broken, and some of the screens are missing or don't fit, so I'd like to have them all replaced. There are five (5) double-hung windows upstairs in the front and back bedrooms, three (3) smaller casement windows in a bathroom, third bedroom, and the kitchen, and two (2) bay windows with, I believe, casement windows. I'm looking for more practical and long-lasting rather than fancy or high-end. I'd prefer to use white solid vinyl, double-pane, argon filled, possibly with low-E coating. I'd like the double-hung windows to have a tilting sash for easy cleaning. A typical window grid/grille would be nice. I will need the windows measured and the job evaluated to determine what is required and how much it will be. Please be sure to include removal, disposal, cleanup, and installation in the estimate. Note I will also need to submit the plans to the association for approval before work can begin. Once I approve, I would like to have the work done as soon as can be arranged once the association approves it and scheduling is worked out with my tenant.
