James Hardie Stucco Panel Installation on Tudor Home in Forked River, NJ

This project featured the remodeling of the ONLY Tudor style home in Forked River, NJ. To maintain the home's character, these homeowners hired Global Home Improvement to recreate the look of a Tudor home using James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding Stucco Paneling. The old Stucco and Wood Trim was completely rotted out and causing damage to the home's plywood and framing. That is why Global removed all the old stucco, replaced all the necessary rotted wood and installed new James Hardie Stucco Panels with custom painted James Hardie Trim. This install was complicated but not for the experts at Global. We used custom metal flashing and drip edge to make sure all the trim and panels can manage water and moisture and protect the home for years to come.

We also built out a custom octagon-shaped deck extension for the homeowners, topping the project off with gorgeous white trim and new sliding patio doors.
