This project featured the remodeling of the ONLY Tudor style home in Forked River, NJ. To maintain the home's character, these homeowners hired Global Home Improvement to recreate the look of a Tudor home using James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding Stucco Paneling. The old Stucco and Wood Trim was completely rotted out and causing damage to the home's plywood and framing. That is why Global removed all the old stucco, replaced all the necessary rotted wood and installed new James Hardie Stucco Panels with custom painted James Hardie Trim. This install was complicated but not for the experts at Global. We used custom metal flashing and drip edge to make sure all the trim and panels can manage water and moisture and protect the home for years to come. 

For this roofing project in Jackson, NJ, we replaced the home's existing asphalt shingles with a combination of metal slate and standing seam metal. The older asphalt shingles were losing their performance, had nails sticking out, and needed replacement. The homeowners loved the metal roof we installed on their friends' home and wanted something equally as gorgeous. The mix of metal slate and standing seam was a brilliant choice. The colors work really well with the wood siding and that design should look great for decades. For a modern finish to mix perfectly with the home's siding, the homeowners chose a Chestnut Brown finish. The homeowners recently bought this waterfront home in Brick, New Jersey, and need a complete exterior renovation. They went with Light Mist as the color which is a great contrast against the royal blue water in their backyard. The brick and vinyl that was originally on the house were removed and replaced with James Hardie CedarMill Fiber Cement Siding. In the rear of the house was an old rotting desk that immediately needed to get fixed. The homeowner wanted the highest quality of decking on the market and we delivered.
