Installing White Infinity Windows on Brick and Stone Home in Philadelphia, PA
For this window replacement in Philadelphia, we installed gorgeous new, ultra-durable fiberglass windows. The metal windows weren't performing as well as they could have been, so the homeowners opted for fiberglass for the durability and energy efficiency. The white exterior with the home's existing brick and stone siding looks absolutely stunning, while also boosting energy efficiency for the home. The durable frame won't warp or crack like vinyl or woof, so fiberglass was the best choice.

Installing CustomWindows in Philadelphia, PA
For this window and siding project in Philadelphia, PA, we installed gorgeous new fiber cement and vinyl windows. The existing aluminum siding was outdated and the homeowners knew they wanted a major upgrade. Fiber cement is much more durable and high-performing than wood or vinyl, so it's built to last much longer. The next step was to install new windows to work with the Woodstock Brown siding finish. The beige interior and exterior window finish paired with bronze capping was exactly what we needed to perfect this project. The colors work really well together and the larger sliders in place of the previous picture and double hungs helps optimize natural lighting with air flow.

Installing Brilliance Red Standing Seam Metal Roof on Townhouse in Philadelphia, PA

The owner of this townhome in Philadelphia, PA wanted to match their new roof to the metal roof we installed on the neighbor's side a couple of years ago. The existing asphalt shingles were worn down and letting some leaks into the home. The wood underneath also had some rot issues. This homeowner appreciated the flashy red color choice and contemporary design of standing seam, which was just the tip of the iceberg compared to the boosts to energy efficiency and durability our metal roofs bring. Our standing seam metal roofs are installed with performance in mind, meaning a custom water management channel, handcrafted flashing, and long-term energy savings.

Kitchen Backsplash, Tile Flooring, and Lighting Work in Philadelphia, PA

For this project in Philadelphia, PA, we redid this kitchen backsplash, flooring, and lighting. We started by removing the outdated wood paneling on the walls, creating a clean, minimalist look. For a modern, elegant look, we installed a new stone backsplash surrounding the counter. We also swapped out floor tiles for a smoother, neutral color.

Hardie Scallop and Shake Siding and Stucco Replacement in Philadelphia, PA

For this siding project in Philadelphia, PA, we removed the existing damaged cedar shakes and replaced them with Hardie fiber cement products, while stripped the failing stucco and replacing it with James Hardie fiber cement stucco. You can actually see the damaged and broken cedar shakes and the problem is that wood is susceptible to warping and cracking, especially when exposed to water and moisture. Stucco has the tendency to trap moisture under it, allowing it to eat away at the wood under the stucco. Fiber cement is the ideal choice for this home. Hardie products can mimic tons of styles, scallop, shake, and stucco included. It also resists warping, cracking, and moisture damage, so this home will be protected for decades to come.

For this metal roof installation in Philadelphia, PA, we completely replaced the existing, failing asphalt roof. The 20 year old asphalt roofs showed signs of warping, making the roof vulnerable to moisture infiltration. This home's new metal roof is much more durable than the previous asphalt and it will also dramatically boost this home's energy efficiency.

Another piece of this project was redoing the brick chimney. We removed the old tar and brick and replaced it with a smooth, new concrete surface.
