NJ Contractors No-longer Required to Apply for Permits for Roofing and Siding Projects

As of March 5, 2018, all roofing and siding jobs for 1& 2 residential dwellings in NJ will no longer require applying for a permit.

So for homeowners, the money that would have gone toward permits could now be spent on improving the projects with helpful features like snow guards, redone gutters, etc. This also allows your project to start and finish much faster.
