Our Overall Service
We felt that Global was fair in pricing (including remediation), workmanship was outstanding, and all workers (from those in the office to our project manager to those on site everyday) were engaging and responsive. Addressing our concerns immediately impressed us the most.
Call Representative
Dawn, who is extremely pleasant, made us feel welcome from day one. She kept us up-to-date with the schedule of work and if there were to be any changes.
Sales Process
Murray is very personable, which made the sales presentation a little lengthy. He addressed any pricing concerns promptly.
Our Installation Crew
All installers were very professional, respectful, and meticulous. They seemed to take pride in their workmanship which, unfortunately, is a rarity these days.
The Cleanup Process
Daily clean-up was done well.
