We liked their product offerings and they were very cost efficient, they were working with our budget. They were on time, on budget, and they made sure we got everything we wanted. They showed up when they were supposed to show up and they were also very courteous and cooperative when we made changes and they had to be a little bit flexible with our schedules. The installers were awesome, they were working hard day and night, they were courteous, they worked hard and they worked in the heat. Global was very responsive, they made sure we knew when the installers were showing up and answered all of our questions. We chose Global because we were referred from our neighbors next door. We talked to a few other companies but after discussing what we thought was important to us we chose Global because we liked what we heard and that's very important to us, they were real, they came back and addressed some of the concerns we had and made us feel really comfortable about it. Murray the project foreman came out and talked to us and was very professional about how they were going to install the roof, went through A-Z and gave us the description of what products were going to be used. They started on time, they respected our property & our time, they actually staggered their lunch so work would not be interrupted. They cleaned up each and every day.

The crew was unbelievable, they were very work conscious, they made sure everything was perfect, they asked if we had any questions, they were very polite and they never stopped all day. I wouldn't trust anybody else other than Global Home Improvement. We are very pleased with everything that Global did as far as our roofing goes!

The thing that I liked most about Global's management was that they took the time to sit down with me and explain everything from top to bottom, from start to finish, and made sure if I had any questions they were all answered completely and totally. Their work ethic was great, they were here before they were supposed to start they stayed after they were supposed to leave.
