We removed the old shingle roof and replaced it with a Mill Finish reflective metal roof giving it a natural mill finished metal roof look. We also replaced the siding with Tuscan Clay colored Hardie siding and added a small portico above the side entrance to protect against the elements. In addition, we replaced the downspouts with RainPro seamless gutters to match the clay siding.
