I own a ~1400 sq. ft. townhouse at 2 Gatehouse Ln. in Olde Colonial Greene in Doylestown, PA. It's an investment property currently occupied by a tenant and his three children. The house is nearly 40 years old with the original windows. They're old, some of the seals are broken, and some of the screens are missing or don't fit, so I'd like to have them all replaced. There are five (5) double-hung windows upstairs in the front and back bedrooms, three (3) smaller casement windows in a bathroom, third bedroom, and the kitchen, and two (2) bay windows with, I believe, casement windows. I'm looking for more practical and long-lasting rather than fancy or high-end. I'd prefer to use white solid vinyl, double-pane, argon filled, possibly with low-E coating. I'd like the double-hung windows to have a tilting sash for easy cleaning. A typical window grid/grille would be nice. I will need the windows measured and the job evaluated to determine what is required and how much it will be. Please be sure to include removal, disposal, cleanup, and installation in the estimate. Note I will also need to submit the plans to the association for approval before work can begin. Once I approve, I would like to have the work done as soon as can be arranged once the association approves it and scheduling is worked out with my tenant.

I have a Stucco home built by Toll Brothers in 1997. The home is located in Cold Spring Hunt neighborhood of Doylestown.
