Dawn was a tremendous resource, always available to take a call and quick to follow up. Dawn did a tremendous job answering our questions, managing our expectations and addressing any concerns that we may have had to our complete satisfaction. Dawn is a huge asset that should be appreciated for her great customer service, her insight and her keen ability to listen and understand the job from the customer's perspective.
Everything that Andersen did wrong, your sales team did right. We were committed to installing one of the best replacement products available into our home and your sales person closed the deal while we closed the door on the Andersen sales person. No pressure sales approach, educating the consumer as to the product, the process and I have to tell you, defining realistic expectations regarding time cycle as it related to ordering and installing product. An overall pleasant experience understanding the capital commitment necessary for any family.
Andersen tries to differentiate themselves from the competition by stating that the installation crew are Andersen employed...Marvin loses nothing by using Global as their installation team, the guys were respectful, courteous, hard working, responsive and professional. The installation process could not have gone any better.
The clean up process was thorough. The team treated our house as though it was their home and were respectful of the surroundings.
What made you choose our company:
We initially met with Andersen and were completely turned off, insulted, by the sales process. Maybe their nonsensical tactics work for some people but we found their approach to be unprofessional. We met with Pella but the product offered for our home were replacement vinyl windows and we really did not want to do vinyl again. The Marvin product was as highly rated, if not better than Andersen, in much of the literature researched and the pricing was pretty much in the same ball park...we actually think we saved a little bit of money on the Marvin product and the sales process pretty much sealed the deal given the way the product is designed. We were very happy to choose Global because you did something the others were really not inclined to do, as a full service provider we wanted to change some of the window design on the first floor and you did not blink...it was in your core competency and we successfully changed the lower level rear windows to meet what our new expectations were...rather than just simply replacing what we had with new. Your team did an excellent job reconstructing the frame (squaring off the top window from the half moon that was there). While we stated that we are not interested in any other services at this time, should we have a new project at our house and your team can provide us with a solution, we would not hesitate to reach out and engage you again. Thanks for a great experience, I would imagine this is the type of response you are accustomed to receiving given your attention to details.
