I'm guessing this is the interaction I had with reps in the office re: product catalogs, and phone/emails regarding the job timeline and documents.
Sales rep was very good the meeting was just too long.
The installation crew did a fantastic job and worked efficiently. I almost gave a 4 because they were difficult to communicate with. However, I see that our project manager, Mike Houska, seems to be included in this category and he is definitely a 5. He really kept everything running so smoothly and answered all our questions/concerns and even advised us with the design when we asked for his help. He is why I would use Global again and recommend Global to others.
We liked the rep at the Philadelphia Home Show and felt very comfortable with the sales rep, Murray, who came to our home. He told us what would be done, was able to negotiate a fair price, and all was delivered just as he promised--there were no surprises. The fact that there were no surprises was a pleasant surprise!
